Why You Need a Second Photographer at Your Wedding
There are several reasons that it is important to have a second photographer at your wedding. When I think about why, the first thing that comes to mind is Shanna and Chris' wedding at Morgan View Farm. During their ceremony, we were able to grab both sides of the first kiss!!
One of the biggest reasons to hire a professional second shooter is because it's a time saver on an already busy day! Having an extra set of hands and eyes during portraits is so helpful, especially when trying to gather the rowdy bridal party. Often times, while I am with the bride and bridesmaids doing the 'getting ready' shots, the second photographer is able to go and grab the groom and groomsmen photos. The same goes for during cocktail hour and portraits. The second shooter can be grabbing those fun shots of your guests while we are taking bride and groom sunset shots!
A second photographer is included in my Emerald and Blue Garnet Wedding Collections, and it is one of my favorite additions to those collections!
Kerry Marshall was my second shooter for Shanna and Chris' wedding. Take a look!

For Trevor and Kayleigh's wedding, Allison Brantley Photography was my second photographer! Here are some shots from their day.

Hope Mullet Photography has worked on three weddings with me! She was my second shooter for Karina and Scott, Josh and Brooke, and Mason and Harley's weddings.
