I have been in the wedding photography business for four years and have gotten to work with some of the best wedding venues that the industry has to offer! In this post, I'm highlighting two of my favorite venues, both of which are local to the Middle Georgia area.
The first is The Wedding Barn at L'Horne. This is a beautiful and unique venue that I've had the pleasure of shooting three weddings at! It features a prep area for caterers, a bridal suite with its own entrance, a groom's room, a projector, and an open area with arrays of fairy lights.
The Wedding Barn's Facebook page states, "As you arrive on the property you will travel past our 121 year old barn where the town dances were held in days gone by. We've put a lot of love and work into making it safe for another 100 years. It looks great!!"

The second local venue is The Venue at Tryphena’s Garden. This is an indoor and outdoor venue that has lake side gardens, woodland trails, and a reception hall. They have outstanding reviews and have even won awards! Chad and Mahsa had an elegant wedding here, with their ceremony held in the outdoor garden and dinner and the reception held inside.
