This past weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing my wonderful friends Tori and Taylor's engagement session, which was broken up into two parts. The morning was spent at the stunning Airlie Gardens in Wilmington, North Carolina, where we strolled through the gardens and were able to capture some truly magical photos.
At every turn, Airlie Gardens provided us with a new and beautiful backdrop for our photos. From the vibrant flowers to the towering trees covered in Spanish moss, every element of the garden was simply stunning. The Spanish moss, in particular, gave the photos a touch of whimsy and made them look like they were straight out of "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid.
For the second half of our session, we headed to Topsail Island in North Carolina, where we captured some breathtaking photos at sunset. Tori and Taylor's love for each other was evident in every shot, and the beauty of the beach and the sunset only added to the magic. The couple even braved the water for some of our final shots, which made for some truly unforgettable photos.
I am so excited about Tori and Taylor's upcoming wedding this September and cannot wait to see what the day will bring. The love and connection between these two were palpable during our session, and I have no doubt that their wedding day will be filled with just as much magic and love. I am honored to be a part of their journey and capture these special moments for them.
